Dan Locklair, Composer-in-Residence and Professor of Music at Wake Forest University, is highly sought after as a commissioned composer. His music is widely performed throughout the US, Canada and abroad, and has won numerous awards. In 1992, Dr. Locklair became the first American composer ever to be invited to and have music performed at the venerable Czech Festival of Choral Arts in the Czech Republic, and in its Centennial Year, he was named 1996 AGO Composer of the Year by the American Guild of Organists.
